This website

The site is a static page without cookies, advertising or tracking. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

If cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email and your optional answer about macOS, only to tell you about the Segue launch. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by email. The data is deleted after the launch announcement or on request.

Support requests

When you contact support we receive your email, message and the optional report file. The report contains software versions, GPU and error codes — no music, no full file paths, no Windows user name and no licence key. Support messages are kept in our mailbox only as long as needed to help you.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order ID to issue and deliver your licence key by email. We never see your card details.

The Segue software

Segue works offline. It does not send any data — no analytics, no telemetry, no online activation. A problem report is created only when you press the button, and only you decide whether to send it.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to hello@prog-studio.com.
