Segue has a free trial with every feature. Please check that it works with your system and projects before buying.

Digital content and the right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends when delivery of the licence key begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right. This consent is collected at checkout by our merchant of record (Stripe).

When we refund anyway

If Segue does not work on a system that meets the published requirements and we cannot fix the problem, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.

Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded.

How to request

Email hello@prog-studio.com from the address used for the order, with the order number and a short description (a problem report from the panel helps). Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method; the licence key is revoked.
